Order processing times

- In‑stock frames without lenses: 0–1 business day processing (orders before 14:00 ET usually ship same day).
- Frames with single‑vision prescription lenses: add 2–4 business days for lens edging and QA.
- Progressive or specialty lenses (polarized, photochromic, blue‑filter): add 5–7 business days.
- Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not processing or transit days.

Signature on delivery is required for orders over $500 and optional for other orders (+$4). Hold‑for‑pickup is available at most UPS Access Point and USPS locations.

- APO/FPO/DPO: Shipped via USPS Priority. Expect 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico: Add 1–2 days to quoted transit times.
- Saturday delivery: Available in select ZIP codes for Next‑Day at carrier discretion.
International shipping
We deliver to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, and select additional countries.

- Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination and service. Typical range $25–$40 USD.
- Duties & taxes: Displayed and optionally prepaid at checkout for most destinations. If unpaid, local customs may collect on delivery.
- Transit times: Generally 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on carrier and customs clearance.
- Remote areas: Additional time and surcharges may apply.
- Returns: International return postage is customer‑paid unless the item is defective or we made an error.
We cannot ship to sanctioned countries or where import of branded eyewear is restricted by law.
Prescription lenses lead times

- Single‑vision CR‑39 or polycarbonate: 2–4 business days.
- Progressive, photochromic, or polarized prescription: 5–7 business days.
- Blue‑light filter/tints: may add 1 business day.
- Rush service: Contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate timelines.

Tracking, delivery & lost packages

- Tracking link is emailed immediately when your order ships; updates may take a few hours to appear.
- If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t have the parcel, check with neighbors/building staff and wait 24 hours. Then contact us within 7 days so we can file a carrier claim.
- Damaged in transit: Save all packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery for a prepaid replacement or refund.
- Split shipments: We may ship items separately at no extra charge to speed up delivery.
Address changes & cancellations

- We can edit or cancel an order within 30 minutes of placement during business hours. Email [email protected] with “URGENT” in the subject.
- After dispatch, address changes or re‑routes may incur a carrier fee and are not always possible.
- For security, we cannot change the shipping country after checkout.
Packaging & gift options

- Each frame ships with an authentic Prada case and microfiber cloth when provided by the manufacturer, or a premium protective case of equal quality.
- Prices are never shown on the packing slip for gift orders.
- Add a complimentary gift message at checkout. Optional gift wrap is available for $5.
Returns & exchanges overview

- 30‑day returns on unused frames in original condition. Start a return via our Refund & Returns Policy page.
- U.S. returns: Prepaid label available; $7.95 is deducted from the refund unless we made an error or the product is defective.
- International returns: Customer‑paid postage unless defective.
- Custom prescription lenses are non‑refundable; frame portion may be returnable — see policy for specifics.
