Return Eligibility & Window

  • You may return unused frames within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
  • Items must be in original, resellable condition: unworn, unadjusted, with all branded packaging, case, cleaning cloth, tags, and inserts.
  • Try‑on at home is encouraged, but please avoid removing demo lenses or making adjustments that leave marks.

Prescription Lenses & Customized Orders

  • Custom prescription lenses and lens add‑ons (e.g., blue‑light filters, tints, engravings) are final sale and non‑refundable.
  • If you purchased frames with prescription lenses, you may return the frames within 30 days; the lens portion of the order is non‑refundable.
  • Reading glasses with off‑the‑shelf powers may be returned if unused and in original condition.

How to Start a Return

  1. Start the process: click “Start a Return” above or email [email protected] with your order number.
  2. Pack your item: include the case, cloth, tags, inserts, and original box to avoid delays.
  3. Ship back: use the prepaid label (US only) or your preferred tracked carrier (international).
  4. Inspection & refund: once received, allow 2–3 business days for inspection and 3–5 business days for the refund to post.

US returns: prepaid label provided for eligible unused frames. International returns: customer is responsible for return shipping; duties and taxes are non‑refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are free within 30 days for unused frames and subject to stock availability.
  • Prefer a fast swap? Place a new order and return the original for a refund once received.

Refunds & Processing Times

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Store credit is available upon request.
  • Standard timeline: 3–5 business days after inspection. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we made an error with your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label (worldwide) and replace or refund your order.
  • Please include clear photos of the issue and the packaging for faster resolution.

Manufacturer Warranty

  • All Prada eyewear is covered by a 2‑year limited manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, accidental damage, loss, or unauthorized repairs.
  • To submit a warranty claim, email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Custom prescription lenses and personalized or engraved products.
  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance.
  • Frames showing wear, missing accessories, or with removed/altered demo lenses.
  • Gift cards.

International Returns & Duties

  • International customers may return unused frames within 30 days.
  • Return shipping, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
  • If refusing delivery, carrier return and handling fees may be deducted from your refund.

Packaging Requirements & Restocking

  • Returns must include the original case, cloth, branded inserts, and packaging.
  • Incomplete returns may be eligible for partial refunds or a restocking fee (up to 10%).

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You can request order edits or cancellations within 60 minutes of placing your order during business hours.
  • Once an order is processed, we’ll do our best but cannot guarantee changes.

Holiday Extended Returns

Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 qualify for extended returns through January 31 of the following year, provided items remain unused and in original condition.
